This gentle night weaning guide is just what I have been looking for! It is full of useful information to help your little one gently and supportively wean from night-time feeds. The advice is straight-forward with a lot of different options to help you navigate the process. Not only does Lucy offer night-weaning advice, she also makes you feel supported and confident in your own decision-making! Thank you for this fantastic guide!
I bought Lucy’s ‘making changes to settling’ guide & webinar, and have followed her on Instagram since soon after my son was born and I am so so glad I found her. I fed my son to sleep for 8 months (which I absolutely loved, and Lucy’s page validated that I didn’t have to feel guilty about it if it was working for us) and once I was ready to stop doing this, I bought her guide and we have managed to move to a little song and cuddle before sleeping in such a loving and gentle way. My son is my first, and I think so many FTMs end up doing the CIO because we’re told that’s all that works but I am so so glad I found Lucy’s account and we have had such a beautiful, connecting and healthy sleep journey, without the stress of strict schedules and leaving a bub to cry alone! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make changes to sleep, or implement some top tips that really help with sleep (for the whole family!) without having to do CIO!
Just wanted to say a huge thanks for the confidence and help you’ve given us through your guide (Cot and floor bed). For the first time in 8 months I have my arms free in the evenings and I can eat a meal with two hands - go to the loo when I want - get up when I want - it’s all the little things you take for granted. My little boy has adjusted so well to being in his own cot in his nursery in just a week we’re in shock. Going from only contact naps and co sleeping. The change is honestly astounding and I’m so glad I read your guide - it just gave us all the practical info, prep and confidence to just give it a go without feeling the pressure or like we’d fail if it didn’t work first time (I really didn’t think it would). It’s made me a better mum and benefited my mental health so much - so huge thanks to you!!
I have followed Lucy on instagram for a while now, and purchased her Toddler Sleep webinar and Night weaning guide to help make changes to my little ones sleep. I find Lucy’s approach very considerate of little ones needs, thinking of ways to support them and always looking at their individual circumstances and personalities before making changes. I truly believe this helped us make changes with minimal upset and helped my LO adapt very quickly. It has been game changing for us, thank you so much Lucy, would highly recommend!
My husband and I have been reflecting on how different bedtime is since we bought the Introducing A Secondary Settler guide last month. Our 21 month old no longer cries with Daddy and is more than happy to do bedtime with either one of us. I still breastfeed to sleep but he has found his own way. She sleeps just as well either way and it’s really helped build their bond too. Thank you so much from all of us.
Our 7 month old was waking a lot throughout the night (every 1-2 hours plus a false start 30 minutes in) and we knew we could make improvements, but we weren't up for any unresponsive sleep training. We bought Lucy's guide and webinar on troubleshooting night wakes and it was just what we needed - no false promises, no pretending that all babies are the same and need the same things, lots of explanations of the actual science behind the recommendations, lots of compassion for babies and for parents. By using the guide to help us recognise what might be causing frequent wakes for our specific little one, and then implementing a few strategies from the guide, over a couple of weeks we have reduced night wakings down to 2-3 and increased the longest stretch of sleep to up to 6 hours. That number of night wakes is completely developmentally appropriate for a 7 month old and totally manageable for us as a family. Our little one is noticeably more content too - I'm so glad that (with the help of the guide) we addressed the actual needs of our little one rather than resorting to Cry It Out or another version of unresponsive sleep training which doesn't align with our values. Thank you SO much Lucy!
"The Early Rising Guide" - highly recommend purchasing this if you are considering it. We noticed a change in our son's sleep within 24 hours of implementing some of the suggested changes. By 5 days in, we had our first 'slept through the night' moment in the 10 months since he was born. I was only looking to cut out the early wakes firstly, but clearly this guide has helped in more ways than one. Gentle but practical solutions have made such a difference already. Thank you!!!!
